About Us

We are a family-run business that began in El Paso, Texas. Our first restaurant opened in 1984 and served many classics such as General Tso's Chicken.

Since then, we have expanded our menu to include traditional Chinese dishes, the same dishes we would eat at home. We welcome all and hope you enjoy our food.

Fun Facts:
  • The shape of dumplings comes from ancient Chinese money. It is eaten to symbolize wealth.
  • Bao is another kind of dumpling with a fluffy outer wrap. Another name for them is steamed buns.
  • Noodles have been eaten for thousands of years
  • Noodles are made long to symbolize a long life so it is a common birthday dish!
